Design, Layout and Space Planning
When designing commercial kitchens, no two venues are ever the same. From evaluating the needs of the building, to understanding the numbers of covers to be served over a particular period, HCE ensure that every design incorporates the unique facets of the venue and requirements of the operator to deliver a vision based within the budget. Our Project Design Team will work closely with the Building Contractors Design team at all stages, communicating fully to ensure we correctly interpret and deliver the end result required.
From preparing Revitt drawings and providing technical assistance that supports M&E service engineers, to formulating design risk assessments and schedules for all contractor fixing and services, HCE are there to ensure a seamless transition from the design brief and flow planning, to the final design, services schedule, budgeting, commissioning and training.
This can be completed on platforms that upload all the information so it can be easily shared between architects, builders, end users etc. where required
Contract Tender Stage
For HCE, the Contract Tender Stage can either follow stage 1, or can be a totally separate project, if designs have already been commissioned and signed off. At the contract tender stage, HCE will submit a competitive price for the supply and installation of all the equipment and services that are required within the venue.
When HCE tender for a contract we are mindful that it is not just about price, but also the quality of the service, the timelines of delivery and the brands and equipment that will be a key part of a commercial kitchen for years to come. Working with some of the biggest and most respected names in commercial catering equipment, HCE will tender to the spec required at a highly competitive price.
